* Doug loves kids "you see the thing is that i love kids. my parents have run a pre-school since i was just a wee lad so i have always been around kids and have always enjoyed teaching them and so on. so i worked with Dan at the ymca near where i live for like 5 years. at the same time we were starting hoobastank. i started just as a councelor but ended up directing teen camp in the summer and during the school year would run the kindergarden program for about 15 to 20 kids every morning from 8am to 12:30 or so. you know with lessons plans and art profects and other cool stuff that 5 year olds get to do. it was a great experience. it's actually something i would like to possibly pursue when all the music is done. so thats really it. i don't have teaching credentials. i did take some classes for ECU units and stuff but not a whole lot. when i can, i still like to go back to the y and hang out with the kids. ya know toss the ball around or help with homework and stuff. i like to see where "my" kindergardeners are at. now they are all like in 2nd or 3rd grade which is so weird when i see them.but lately i have not had the chance to visit. i will soon though. anyways, i hope that answers that question. as far as the euro tour. it has been going great. the crowds here are awesome. me and the boys are holding up as well as we can right now. it's so cold and wet over here. the incu-boys have been their usually friendly and awesome selves. 311 has been great as well. i am looking forward to touring with them in the US when we get back. that's going to be a great run. i hope everyone is doing well and taking care of each other. just because you guys are out of site doesn't mean you are out of mind. i hope the same goes for us as well.
